This isn’t just a leadership podcast. It’s a space for honest inner reflection and growth, the kind that fuels the most impactful leadership.
Through fun, raw, and enlightening conversations, we invite you to rethink what leadership really means, starting with yourself.
Whether you're leading teams or simply leading your own life, take a timeout.

This week Tyler and Kevyn sit down with Kim Brumber, past CEO of East House, Volunteers of America Upstate NY, and NeighborWorks Community Partners.
Kim shared her journey from being a girl from rural America and how she became a prominent leader in our community. She mentioned that it can take a while to find your voice and that being broken is totally OK! We have the chance to build it back or build it better than before.
Kim 2.0 is a force to be reckoned with as she continues to "earn her followership" in both the professional world but also her personal life! She mentions how these key people helped her and continued to show up during certain phases of her life. Reminding us that we are "human if we are HONEST about it."
