Bob focuses on “not getting stuck in his ways” by always “closing his mouth and opening his ears” a valuable lesson his mother taught him growing up. Son of a plumber but applies this “do whatever it takes” attitude that best serves his team while lifting up the community, to bring EVERYONE together.
