We cannot believe we are already on episode ten, this is one interview you will not want to miss with Bob Russell, CEO of Rochester Hearing and Speech Center. Bringing us back to the days of flow, in his professional hockey career to how he is now hip checking stereotypes and barriers into the boards. Bob focuses on “not getting stuck in his ways” by always “closing his mouth and opening his ears” a valuable lesson his mother taught him growing up. Son of a plumber but applies this “do whatever it takes” attitude that best serves his team while lifting up the community, to bring EVERYONE together. We cannot be afraid to try something and fail, then never try anything new at all.
