Peter discusses our fight for legitimacy early in life and how we start to turn our attention to our legacy over time. He also shares a story about a "cupcake shop" that many business owners can relate to and learn from. Eager to find some "thought partners" who are there as a sounding board to share ideas and resolve challenges.
