Bob Whipple, the Wizard of Trust joins Tyler and Kevyn to discuss the importance of trust today and the negative impacts that no trust will have on the business performance. He brings a few toys on the show but the "I am Right" button was spot on! When we are in the absence of fear we are able to grow personally but also professionally by developing trust amongst the team.
Bob reminds us to praise others and tell them "good job" is free, being consistent and treating people the right way are some steps to get back on track when trust has been lost.
This is a timely message to the leaders of today need to hear to get back to winning!

He gave us a few pages from his book "Things My Mother Said" while sharing his life journey with us. Roderick is a steward of change, by breaking down assumptions and pulling everyone up with his "net." By teaching civility and providing opportunities we all can live out our own definition of the "American Dream."

Bringing us back to the days of flow, in his professional hockey career to how he is now hip checking stereotypes and barriers into the boards. Bob focuses on “not getting stuck in his ways” by always “closing his mouth and opening his ears” a valuable lesson his mother taught him growing up. Son of a plumber but applies this “do whatever it takes” attitude that best serves his team while lifting up the community, to bring EVERYONE together. We cannot be afraid to try something and fail, then never try anything new at all.

Heidi Gregory joins us for Timeout with Leaders, Managing Partner at Harris Beach PLLC where she supports over 230 employees, the FIRST female managing partner in the company's 165 years. Heidi shares that "It is ok to not be ok, you have to be honest with yourself and be willing to move through it." When discussing her involvement in the community, she said "Do good be good" and in business Heidi mention she is always "lifting others as she climbed" the ranks in business to ensure everyone can find their way. Her keys to success is to "step out of your day to day environment, pick your head up and focus on where you WANT to be."

Some may know her as "Queen Supreme" but we know her as Dr. Seanelle, whose mission is to improve the lives of everyone in our community. She shares her story with us and tells us to "always be your authentic self" and "where we are today is only temporary." Having a team of friends, mentors and employees is how she is able to get the work done necessary to help the Rochester community.
